Drenching the earth in the freshest ultraviolet radiation,
Is the cherry faced Sun,flush with exultation
Brimming with exuberance our feather-friends fly from afar,
Flapping their colourful plumes
To partake in the tranquil feast
And fill the air with ecstatic trills.

The mountains and valleys
Caressed by the mellow of the morning breeze
And whoosh of the rustling leaves,
Sniff the redolence of the blossoms
And unperturbed they lie in rhythms of peace.

With gently rolling waves, the rivers
Tainted by deadly toxins,once
Now a perfect picture of pristine, invite
The swooping birds to dabble,
To coddle the storks that give a pretty pirouette
And acquatic birds that take a twirl.
Quacking and honking they settle in a cuddle.

With none to pace on the lanes
Besides none to encroach on their seclusion,
For the wild and strays it's a surreal.
They wander smelling the air of liberation.

Orchestrating the heavenly symphony is the microbe.
Cooping us for time infinite,
To unlock the locked marvels.
Against the backdrop of thick silence,
Brought about, is a silent renaissance.
