Coastal Cold Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDDE FDCGHC IIBCDJ KDDDDL DDLCCC LLDLLL

Behold we stood jerking and shiveringA
Before the gigantic cost of crossoverB
Onto the land of frustration and cactionC
Where we shall see generous demonsD
Parading around in fine angelic attiresD
Like a pardoner on a merciful groundE
-
The cold wind blew in black and whiteF
And our eyes were once opened to seeD
The evil planted in the black heart of a manC
Such stimulated our antagonistic alarmG
Rising like a steam from a hot soup andH
Matching Far above our mere horizonC
-
There we stood silently in solitudeI
Though we were a people of multitudeI
Powerless as a slave before his masterB
Staring at the killing current of the oceanC
And nailing a dozen truncated dreamsD
Of a people so blacker than a charcoalJ
-
At the cancerous coastal coldK
We arrived chained in our heartsD
Like newly discovered mad dogsD
Wearing necklaces on our necksD
That were so heavier than usD
Like a bead tied at a virgin's waistL
-
We were on our excambion exodusD
To see a master of all knowledgesD
And a man so revered like a minigodL
Forsaking our land full of civilizationC
For the sake of fake industrializationC
That brought no good to a charcoal skinC
-
We were powdered with colder coldL
And our mouth never opened for a wordL
While our hearts burnt a million timesD
Despite the coastal cancerous coldL
Now we must look for a benign blanketL
Or else we remain a man without a mindL
