The Common Man Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

to Bob Dylan and Bruce SpringsteenA
The common man gets up in the morningB
To work in order to feed his familyC
The common man struggles to make ends meetD
Not letting his family go hungryC
The common man prays for his family dailyC
From any hurt harm or dangerE
That's what the common man doesF
The common loves his wife and kidsG
Holding things together everydayH
The common man works sunrise to sunsetI
Does what he can in every wayH
The common man is peaceable to his fellow manJ
Not in war with his neighborE
Being the kind of man who lovesK
Yeah that's what the common man doesF
The common man believes in GodL
And all His wondrous things He doM
Prays with his family dailyC
He tries to be trueM
True to his family and his GodL
That's common man as you seeC
And that's what he doesF
Now that you know what is a common manJ
And what a common man does and doM
I guess you can see my point of viewM
Then clearly understandN
About the common manJ
In case you haven't seen oneO
Look around and take a good lookP
And you'll surely fine and understoodQ
The common man and his purposeR
Yes that's what the common man doesF
