A Conversation Piece Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEFB GHIJHD KLK

I use to hear them sayA
Letting those golden moments roll onB
But how much longer of a delayA
Or should I stay strongC
-
Either way the clock ticks in timeD
And I'm counting those momentsE
Or those moments I left behindF
I just have to just roll onB
-
Could you see the winter of our livesG
Drifting like so like snowflakesH
And cold you see nowI
And could you see not sitting by but to surviveJ
No matter what or whatever it takesH
Time is measured one moment at a timeD
-
If anyone should ask meK
Where I am going and how farL
Or will I set my soul freeK
