Very Early Spring Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFAGHIAJA

The fields are snowbound no longerA
There are little blue lakes and flags of tenderest greenB
The snow has been caught up into the skyC
So many white clouds and the blue of the sky is coldD
Now the sun walks in the forestE
He touches the bows and stems with his golden fingersF
They shiver and wake from slumberA
Over the barren branches he shakes his yellow curlsG
Yet is the forest full of the sound of tearsH
A wind dances over the fieldsI
Shrill and clear the sound of her waking laughterA
Yet the little blue lakes trembleJ
And the flags of tenderest green bend and quiverA
