Rhyme Scheme: A BCBC DEDE FGFG HIHI JKJL MNMN

For VioletA
-
-
In the garden she hath foundB
Herb of grace and fever fewC
Woundwort there doth much aboundB
Heartsease tooC
-
Where she laid dead things awayD
In the chilly earth what stirE
Whisper of Spring time green and gayD
Comes to herE
-
All Sweet Nancies daffodilsF
Talking in their beds belowG
Of sweet vales and shining hillsF
Whither they goG
-
In the garden there's no griefH
God walks there and He is kindI
When the first dear crumpled leafH
Shakes in the windI
-
There's no death now Winter's doneJ
All's given back The dead againK
Walk with her in the wind and sunJ
And the sweet rainL
-
Heartsease in her garden plotM
Ladders to Heaven scale the skiesN
While the dear forget me notM
Brightens her eyesN
