Any Woman Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IJIJ KLKL MNMN KOKO

I am the pillars of the houseA
The keystone of the arch am IB
Take me away and roof and wallC
Would fall to ruin me utterlyD
-
I am the fire upon the hearthE
I am the light of the good sunF
I am the heat that warms the earthG
Which else were colder than a stoneH
-
At me the children warm their handsI
I am their light of love aliveJ
Without me cold the hearthstone standsI
Nor could the precious children thriveJ
-
I am the twist that holds togetherK
The children in its sacred ringL
Their knot of love from whose close tetherK
No lost child goes a wanderingL
-
I am the house from floor to roofM
I deck the walls the board I spreadN
I spin the curtains warp and woofM
And shake the down to be their bedN
-
I am their wall against all dangerK
Their door against the wind and snowO
Thou Whom a woman laid in a mangerK
Take me not till the children growO
