Everyone was busy running around
Spreading their germs into the air and on the ground
The tiny germs grew bigger and stronger
Even their claws grew a little bit longer
They called out to their friends to come and play
Before we knew it they all wanted to stay

They were having so much fun crawling up everyone's hands
Tickling their throats and making other mischief plans
They crawled up their nose and bounced out with a sneeze
Merrily they floated into the early morning breeze

The mischief germs took over making everyone sick
Until everyone coughed and wheezed and became very, very weak
The world was shouting please stay at home
So these mischief germs will have no place to roam
It's there we learned and played all day
Causing mum to go a little grey

We washed our hands and wore our mask
Obeying the rules although it was a difficult task
Slowly the mischief germs began to fade away
They grew smaller and smaller and had no place to stay
They disappeared into the clean, fresh air
Reminding us to always take care
