Madrigal Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCB DEDECE FGHGCG

Life is full of troubleA
Love is full of careB
Joy is like a bubbleA
Shining in the airB
For you cannotC
Grasp it anywhereB
-
Love is not worth gettingD
It doth fade so fastE
Life is not worth frettingD
Which so soon is pastE
And you cannotC
Bid them longer lastE
-
Yet for certain fellowsF
Life seems true and strongG
And with some they tell usH
Love will linger longG
Thus they cannotC
Understand my songG
