The Two Visions Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD

A GOLDEN sun went down to nightA
When lo a vision from the oldenB
Time flashed on my inner sightA
With smiles more tender and as goldenB
-
My blood ran cold for I did knowC
Another dream of equal splendourD
Would follow that but not with OC
Not with the golden smiles and tenderD
