THE rogue she smiled then swept awayA
Her raven locks behind her streamingB
My very pulse forgot to playA
And I was left in wonder dreamingB

The Pleiads lost their charms that nightC
And Dian lost her bow and quiverD
They'd with the damsel taken flightC
And never have been found since neverD
