She lay at her ease one day | B |
'From thy rovings cease and a maiden to please | A |
Of thy doings breeze now say | B |

To my fancy weak appeareth to seek | G |
When I play with her cheek more play | B |

In her deep green nest I know | J |
When her lips I've prest with a pleasure blest | I |
Is her little breast a glow | J |

That yet with a trill leaps by | L |

'See a fairy bold her vesture of gold | M |
The crocus unfold in mirth | N |
And glories untold where I've kist the mold | M |

And Ciss in the trees that night | O |
To rapture a prey sang Robin the lay | B |
When a kiss did the may requite | O |
