Time Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEFGH

There is no moment but whose flight doth bringA
Bright clouds and fluttering leaves to deck my bowerB
And I within like some sweet bird must singA
To tell the story of the passing hourB
For time has secrets that no bird has sungC
Nor changing leaf with changing season toldD
They wait the utterance of some nobler tongueC
Like that which spoke in prophet tones of oldD
Then day and night and month and year shall tellE
The tale that speaks but faint from bird and boughF
In spirit songs their praise shall upward swellE
Nor longer pass heaven's gate unheard as nowF
But cause e'en angels' ears to catch the strainG
And send it back to earth in joy againH
