The Violet Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCDEFEFGG

Thou tellest truths unspoken yet by manA
By this thy lonely home and modest lookB
For he has not the eyes such truths to scanA
Nor learns to read from such a lowly bookB
With him it is not life firm fixed to growC
Beneath the outspreading oaks and rising pinesD
Content this humble lot of thine to knowC
The nearest neighbor of the creeping vinesD
Without fixed root he cannot trust like theeE
The rain will know the appointed hour to fallF
But fears lest sun or shower may hurtful beE
And would delay or speed them with his callF
Nor trust like thee when wintry winds blow coldG
Whose shrinking form the withered leaves enfoldG
