On The Union Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDDDDDEEDDFFGG HH

The queen has lately lost a partA
Of her ENTIRELY ENGLISH heartA
For want of which by way of botchB
She pieced it up again with SCOTCHB
Blest revolution which createsC
Divided hearts united statesC
See how the double nation liesD
Like a rich coat with skirts of frizeD
As if a man in making posiesD
Should bundle thistles up with rosesD
Who ever yet a union sawD
Of kingdoms without faith or lawD
Henceforward let no statesman dareE
A kingdom to a ship compareE
Lest he should call our commonwealD
A vessel with a double keelD
Which just like ours new rigg'd and mann'dF
And got about a league from landF
By change of wind to leeward sideG
The pilot knew not how to guideG
So tossing faction will o'erwhelmH
Our crazy double bottom'd realmH
