On Noisy Tom; Horace, Part Of Book I, Sat. Vi, Paraphrased Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDEEFFGGDDHHAAII

If Noisy Tom should in the senate prateA
That he would answer both for church and stateA
And farther to demonstrate his affectionB
Would take the kingdom into his protectionB
All mortals must be curious to inquireC
Who could this coxcomb be and who his sireD
What thou the spawn of him who shamed our isleE
Traitor assassin and informer vileE
Though by the female side you proudly bringF
To mend your breed the murderer of a kingF
What was thy grandsire but a mountaineerG
Who held a cabin for ten groats a yearG
Whose master Moore preserved him from the halterD
For stealing cows nor could he read the PsalterD
Durst thou ungrateful from the senate chaseH
Thy founder's grandson and usurp his placeH
Just Heaven to see the dunghill bastard broodA
Survive in thee and make the proverb goodA
Then vote a worthy citizen to jailI
In spite of justice and refuse his bailI
