On An Ill-managed House Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEFF

Let me thy properties explainA
A rotten cabin dropping rainA
Chimneys with scorn rejecting smokeB
Stools tables chairs and bedsteads brokeB
Here elements have lost their usesC
Air ripens not nor earth producesC
In vain we make poor Sheelah toilD
Fire will not roast nor water boilD
Through all the valleys hills and plainsE
The Goddess Want in triumph reignsE
And her chief officers of stateF
Sloth Dirt and Theft around her waitF
