Dick, A Maggot Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEEFFGG

As when from rooting in a binA
All powder'd o'er from tail to chinA
A lively maggot sallies outB
You know him by his hazel snoutB
So when the grandson of his grandsireC
Forth issues wriggling Dick DrawcansirC
With powder'd rump and back and sideD
You cannot blanch his tawny hideD
For 'tis beyond the power of mealE
The gipsy visage to concealE
For as he shakes his wainscot chopsF
Down every mealy atom dropsF
And leaves the tartar phiz in showG
Like a fresh t d just dropp'd on snowG
