Mankind Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH

Men are but children of a larger growthA
Our appetites are apt to change as theirsB
And full as craving too and full as vainC
And yet the soul shut up in her dark roomD
Viewing so clear abroad at home sees nothingE
But like a mole in earth busy and blindF
Works all her folly up and casts it outwardG
To the world's open viewH
