Epitaph On The Lady Whitmore Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGGHI

Fair kind and true a treasure each aloneA
A wife a mistress and a friend in oneB
Rest in this tomb raised at thy husband's costC
Here sadly summing what he had and lostD
Come virgins ere in equal bands ye joinE
Come first and offer at her sacred shrineF
Pray but for half the virtues of this wifeG
Compound for all the rest with longer lifeG
And wish your vows like hers may be returnedH
So loved when living and when dead so mournedI
