Waiting Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD EBEB FGFH IJIJ KBKB

Serene I fold my hands and waitA
Nor care for wind nor tide nor seaB
I rave no more 'gainst time or fateA
For lo my own shall come to meB
-
I stay my haste I make delaysC
For what avails this eager paceD
I stand amid the eternal waysC
And what is mine shall know my faceD
-
Asleep awake by night or dayE
The friends I seek are seeking meB
No wind can drive my bark astrayE
Nor change the tide of destinyB
-
What matter if I stand aloneF
I wait with joy the coming yearsG
My heart shall reap where it hath sownF
And garner up its fruit of tearsH
-
The waters know their own and drawI
The brook that springs in yonder heightJ
So flows the good with equal lawI
Unto the soul of pure delightJ
-
The stars come nightly to the skyK
The tidal wave unto the seaB
Nor time nor space nor deep nor highK
Can keep my own away from meB
