Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDE FE D GG

A FEAST was in a village spreadA
It was a wedding day they saidA
The parlour of the inn I foundB
And saw the couples whirling roundB
Each lass attended by her ladC
And all seem'd loving blithe and gladC
But on my asking for the brideD
A fellow with a stare repliedD
quot 'Tis not the place that point to raiseE
-
We're only dancing in her honourF
We now have danced three nights and daysE
-
And not bestowed one thought upon her quotD
