Tilly Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGH IDJK

He travels after a winter sunA
Urging the cattle along a cold red roadB
Calling to them a voice they knowC
He drives his beasts above CabraD
-
The voice tells them home is warmE
They moo and make brute music with their hoofsF
He drives them with a flowering branch before himG
Smoke pluming their foreheadsH
-
Boor bond of the herdI
Tonight stretch full by the fireD
I bleed by the black streamJ
For my torn boughK
