Quien hubiese tal venturaA
-
-
The strangest of adventuresB
That happen by the seaC
Befell to Lord ArnaldosC
On the Evening of St JohnD
For he was out a huntingE
A huntsman bold was heC
When he beheld a little shipF
And close to land was sheC
Her cords were all of silverG
Her sails of cramasyC
And he who sailed the little shipF
Was singing at the helmH
The waves stood still to hear himI
The wind was soft and lowJ
The fish who dwell in darknessC
Ascended through the seaC
And all the birds in heavenK
Flew down to his mast treeC
Then spake the Lord ArnaldosC
Well shall you hear his wordsC
Tell me for God's sake sailorG
What song may that song beC
The sailor spake in answerG
And answer thus made heC
I only tell my song to thoseC
Who sail away with meC
