How It Fell Calm On Summer Night Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDED FGFG HIHI

My Lady's rest was calm and deepA
She had been gazing at the moonB
And thus it chanced she fell asleepA
One balmy night in JuneB
-
Freebooter winds stole richest smellsC
From roses bursting in the gloomD
And rifled half blown daffodilsE
And lilies of perfumeD
-
These dainty robbers of the SouthF
Found beauty sunk in deep reposeG
And seized upon her crimson mouthF
Thinking her lips a roseG
-
The wooing winds made love full fastH
To rouse her up in vain they triedI
They kist and kist her till at lastH
In ecstasy they diedI
