The Horizon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKDDGLMNGOJ CPHQR| I see that horizon hold | A |
| The tryst of my Sky | B |
| And its lover The earth | C |
| I find there the saturation | D |
| Of their awing love | E |
| Posing purple between them both | F |
| Oh How I feel that colour | G |
| In the heart of my own | H |
| So I track their trail | I |
| To witness them kiss and fall | J |
| To see that viridity hold my blue | K |
| But I run and run | D |
| Just to watch their love turn crimson | D |
| To watch them rifle farther more | G |
| And so faster I chase | L |
| With tears of loss in my eyes | M |
| With the sense of yet another broken romance | N |
| And the mayhem that comes after | G |
| But dead there I stand then | O |
| For I hit the end of all | J |
| The cease of the Earth | C |
| Where I gain how the horizon deludes | P |
| How the saturation was my own | H |
| So I smile then and turn | Q |
| Back to you where I belong | R |
