Prelude Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCC

Still south I went and west and south againA
Through Wicklow from the morning till the nightB
And far from cities and the sights of menA
Lived with the sunshine and the moon's delightB
-
I knew the stars the flowers and the birdsC
The grey and wintry sides of many glensD
And did but half remember human wordsC
In converse with the mountains moors and fensC
