As men spend their fleeting minutes
My wandering mind read the stories wrinkles wrote
In bold fonts on the faces of old warlords
Of life untapped treasures
If tomorrow has golds
Why will I die for silver today?
My day and night blended
My curious heart saw everything
But my eyes couldn't see farther than my nose
As I lend my heart to the moon to learn
Tears oh tears in crescendo streamed
And I shrunk my pace like a cautious mouse
Earth open your wide wild belly
If friends are foes and no foe is a friend
Eat me oh take me away
Life sings and men can't dance
A script they act blindly and playlet end
Leaving tomorrow shorter than yesterday
