Poet's note: Eastern part of Nigeria has been in turmoil lately of some sort of discrimination and marginalization from a section of the country over them. Evey monday has been a sort solidarity demonstration, by way of sit-at-home protest,to get the authorities hear their voice and meet their demand for fairness, equity and justice. This poem depicts all that.
