Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSS TQUVWXY

This morning between two branches of a treeA
Beside the door epeira once againB
Has spun and signed his tapestry and trapC
I test his early warning system andD
It works he scrambles forth in sable withE
The yellow hieroglyph that no one knowsF
The meaning of And I remember nowG
How yesterday at dusk the nighthawks cameH
Back as they do about this time each yearI
Grey squadrons with the slashes white on wingsJ
Cruising for bugs beneath the bellied cloudK
Now soon the monarchs will be drifting southL
And then the geese will go and then one dayM
The little garden birds will not be hereN
See how many leaves already haveO
Withered and turned a few have fallen tooP
Change is continuous on the seamless webQ
Yet moments come like this one when you feelR
Upon your heart a signal to attendS
The definite announcement of an endS
Where one thing ceases and another startsT
When like the spider waiting on the webQ
You know the intricate dependenciesU
Spreading in secret through the fabric vastV
Of heaven and earth sending their messagesW
Ciphered in chemistry to all the kindsX
The whisper down the bloodstream it is timeY
