Sonnet 08 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDDCEEFGFG

At last beloved Nature I have metA
Thee face to face upon thy breezy hillsB
And boldly where thy inmost bowers are setA
Gazed on thee naked in thy mountain rillsB
When first I felt thy breath upon my browC
Tears of strange ecstasy gushed out like rainD
And with a longing passionate as vainD
I strove to clasp thee But I know not howC
Always before me didst thou seem to glideE
And often from one sunny mountain sideE
Upon the next bright peak I saw thee kneelF
And heard thy voice upon the billowy blastG
But climbing only reached that shrine to feelF
The shadow of a Presence which had passedG
