| In the same path they yesterday did rack | C |
| Then like a Torch turn'd downward let the same | D |
| Desire which nourisht it put out your flame | D |
| Loe thus I doe divorce thee from my brest | E |
| False to thy vow and traitour to my rest | E |
| Henceforth thy tears shall be though thou repent | F |
| Like pardons after execution sent | F |
| Nor shalt thou ever my loves story read | G |
| But as some Epitaph of what is dead | G |
| So may my hope on future blessings dwell | H |
| As 'tis my firm resolve and last farewell | H |
