Licia Sonnets 33 Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDEFGFGHI

I wrote my sighs and sent them to my loveA
I praised that fair that none enough could praiseB
But plaints nor praises could fair Licia moveC
Above my reach she did her virtues raiseB
And thus replied False Scrawl untrue thou artD
To feign those sighs that nowhere can be foundE
For half those praises came not from his heartD
Whose faith and love as yet was never foundE
Thy master's life false Scrawl shall be thy doomF
Because he burns I judge thee to the flameG
Both your attempts deserve no better roomF
Thus at her word we ashes both becameG
Believe me fair and let my paper liveH
Or be not fair and so me freedom giveI
