In The Valley Of The Elwy Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CCDCCD

I remember a house where all were goodA
To me God knows deserving no such thingB
Comforting smell breathed at very enteringB
Fetched fresh as I suppose off some sweet woodA
That cordial air made those kind people a hoodA
All over as a bevy of eggs the mothering wingB
Will or mild nights the new morsels of springB
Why it seemed of course seemed of right it shouldA
-
Lovely the woods waters meadows combes valesC
All the air things wear that build this world of WalesC
Only the inmate does not correspondD
God lover of souls swaying considerate scalesC
Complete thy creature dear O where it failsC
Being mighty a master being a father and fondD
