The spring time of loveA
Is both happy and gayB
For joy sprinkles blossomsC
And balm in our wayB
The sky earth and oceanD
In beauty reposeE
And all the bright futureF
Is COLEUR DE ROSEE
-
The summer of loveA
Is the bloom of the heartG
When hill grove and valleyH
Their music impartG
And the pure glow of heavenD
Is seen in fond eyesI
As lakes show the rainbowJ
That's hung in the skiesI
-
The autumn of loveA
Is the season of cheerK
Life's mild Indian summerF
The smile of the yearK
Which comes when the goldenD
Ripe harvest is storedL
And yields its own blessingsM
Repose and rewardL
-
The winter of loveA
Is the beam that we winN
While the storm scowls withoutO
From the sunshine withinN
Love's reign is eternalP
The heart is his throneQ
And he has all seasonsR
Of life for his ownQ
