The Miniature Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDE FGHGIJIJ

William was holding in his handA
The likeness of his wifeB
Fresh as if touched by fairy wandC
With beauty grace and lifeB
He almost thought it spoke he gazedD
Upon the bauble stillE
Absorbed delighted and amazedD
To view the artist's skillE
-
This picture is yourself dear JaneF
'Tis drawn to nature trueG
I've kissed it o'er and o'er againH
It is much like youG
And has it kissed you back my dearI
Why no my love said heJ
Then William it is very clearI
'Tis not at all LIKE MEJ
