Nature Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCCB DDEFFG HIJKKJ

Full of rebellion I would dieA
Or fight or travel or denyA
That thou has aught to do with meB
O tame my heartC
It is thy highest artC
To captivate strong holds to theeB
-
If thou shalt let this venom lurkD
And in suggestions fume and workD
My soul will turn to bubbles straightE
And thence by kindF
Vanish into a windF
Making thy workmanship deceitG
-
O smooth my rugged heart and thereH
Engrave thy rev'rend law and fearI
Or make a new one since the oldJ
Is sapless grownK
And a much fitter stoneK
To hide my dust than thee to holdJ
