I regret falling for you that night, I'll admit,
You blindfolded me, I couldn't see the eventual split,
Did fate played a cruel trick or was it destiny's call?
You broke my heart, a pain that won't heal at all,
I sometimes wonder if what we had was even real,
Or just a bet to see how my heart would feel,
I always wish our paths hadn't crossed, it's true,
There's no point in wishing, it was a path I was meant to persue,
For once I believed in love, now it's hard to see,
All that remains is the hurt you left with me,
I truly hate the scars you left behind,
But in the end, I'll heal and peace I'll find.
