At A Poet's Grave Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE

When I leave down this pipe my friendA
And sleep with flowers I loved apartB
My songs shall rise in wilding thingsC
Whose roots are in my heartB
-
And here where that sweet poet sleepsD
I hear the songs he left unsungE
When winds are fluttering the flowersF
And summer bells are rungE
