To Laura In Death. Sonnet Xlvi Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B CDDCCCCCCCCCCC E

Mente mia che presaga de' tuoi danniA
-
HE RECALLS WITH GRIEF THEIR LAST MEETINGB
-
-
My mind prophetic of my coming fateC
Pensive and gloomy while yet joy was lentD
On the loved lineaments still fix'd intentD
To seek dark bodings ere thy sorrow's dateC
From her sweet acts her words her looks her gaitC
From her unwonted pity with sadness blentC
Thou might'st have said hadst thou been prescientC
I taste my last of bliss in this low stateC
My wretched soul the poison oh how sweetC
That through my eyes instill'd the burning smartC
Gazing on hers no more on earth to meetC
To them my bosom's wealth condemn'd to partC
On a far journey as to friends discreetC
All my fond thoughts I left and lingering heartC
