Sonnet Cxl Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B CDDCCDDCEFEFEE G

Mirando 'l sol de' begli occhi serenoA
-
THE SWEETS AND BITTERS OF LOVEB
-
-
Marking of those bright eyes the sun sereneC
Where reigneth Love who mine obscures and grievesD
My hopeless heart the weary spirit leavesD
Once more to gain its paradise terreneC
Then finding full of bitter sweet the sceneC
And in the world how vast the web it weavesD
A secret sigh for baffled love it heavesD
Whose spurs so sharp whose curb so hard have beenC
By these two contrary and mix'd extremesE
With frozen or with fiery wishes fraughtF
To stand 'tween misery and bliss she seemsE
Seldom in glad and oft in gloomy thoughtF
But mostly contrite for its bold emprizeE
For of like seed like fruit must ever riseE
