Sonnet Clxvii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B CDDCCDDCEFFEDD G

Non pur quell' una bella ignuda manoA
-
HE RETURNS THE GLOVE BEWAILING THE EFFECT OF HER BEAUTYB
-
-
Not of one dear hand only I complainC
Which hides it to my loss again from viewD
But its fair fellow and her soft arms tooD
Are prompt my meek and passive heart to painC
Love spreads a thousand toils nor one in vainC
Amid the many charms bright pure and newD
That so her high and heavenly part endueD
No style can equal it no mind attainC
That starry forehead and those tranquil eyesE
The fair angelic mouth where pearl and roseF
Contrast each other whence rich music flowsF
These fill the gazer with a fond surpriseE
The fine head the bright tresses which defiedD
The sun to match them in his noonday prideD
