Sonnet Clxix Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A B CDDCCDDCEFFEBB B

D' un bel chiaro polito e vivo ghiaccioA
-
THOUGH RACKED BY AGONY HE DOES NOT COMPLAIN OF HERB
-
-
The flames that ever on my bosom preyC
From living ice or cold fair marble pourD
And so exhaust my veins and waste my coreD
Almost insensibly I melt awayC
Death his stern arm already rear'd to slayC
As thunders angry heaven or lions roarD
Pursues my life that vainly flies beforeD
While I with terror shake and mute obeyC
And yet were Love and Pity friends they mightE
A double column for my succour throwF
Between my worn soul and the mortal blowF
It may not be such feelings in the sightE
Of my loved foe and mistress never stirB
The fault is in my fortune not in herB
