Above them savage peaks the mountains raise | B |
Where tempests roar and nature is unkind | A |

They were all fed on many a plaint and tear | C |
Frail growth these blossoms had so sad and few | D |
As over them Malignant storm clouds flew | D |

Behold how weak and faded they appear | E |
Send but your rays their glory to renew | D |
Fresh flowers will spread fragrance far and near | E |
