Seemingly too impossible
Yet,as day after night,inevitable
As the sun walked past the valley of the dead
We ,the long gone, stood in awe at the mark of a new century
The rains descended for the healing of our injuries.
Merry oiled our despondent hearts
Oh,what a revival it was!
Our souls no longer hollow spheres
Having buried our ancient fears
We stand steadily,armed with hope
Dressed in robes of patience
New breath in our bones.
