Alf-s Tenth Bit Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: A BCDCEEFG HHHHIIFF

WINDA
-
Scarce and thin scarce and thinB
The government's excuseC
Never at all will they doD
Aught of the slightest useC
Over the dying half wits blowE
Over the empty headed and the slowE
Marchers not getting forwarderF
While Ramsay MacDonald sleeps sleepsG
-
Fester and rot fester and rotH
And angle and tergiversateH
One thing among all things you will notH
Do that is think before it's too lateH
Election will not come very soonI
And those born with a silver spoonI
Will keep it a little longerF
Until the mind of the old nation gets a little strongerF
