The Psalmist Cry Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEBFFGH IJKKLMNCLO

Harken onto me oh LORDA
Hear my voice turn not thy ears from meB
For I walketh from pole to poleC
Shouting and searching where my help comethD
For the sons of perdition lay wait with snareE
They confined among themselves and say of meB
His God has left himF
Come let's go quickly and trap himF
Least he regain his stand and gain God's favorG
Come quickly oh LORD for they are determinedH
-
Thou hast made me your portraitI
Wilt thou let thy precious image be destroyedJ
Wilt thou allow thy work to be ruin in vainK
Rise save me now oh LORD for thee I gainK
Nothing do I want less thy Godly breathL
Not castles nor wealth nor fameM
Not prosperity nor selfish desiresN
Nor pleasures that ruineth the soulC
Nor what the world giveth save thy breathL
For thy breath is life in thy life I have it allO
