Undone. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEDE FGFH II

We were but one being entwined and immersedA
Both souls bound you in I and I in youB
Like the sea salt mixed in water submergedC
A reality tagged fallacy yet trueB
-
Like number seven vague without each strokeD
Like five and six nothing comes in betweenE
Closely knit singles gaze and say e chokeD
A bond unsevered since we were fourteenE
-
One plus one flouting maths to equal oneF
Our story a tale magic with no wandG
Our love one nobody could make undoneF
Sadly time waltzed in with a ton of sandH
-
Stealthily distrust danced in its aim to alterI
I guess not all fairy tales end with happily ever afterI
