Rhyme Scheme: ABCDC EFGH IJK L

A weary heart wears a dress of distressA
Rivers of words makes his brain a subject like a tyrantB
Pain and agony lingers in his soulC
He needs a hand but his hands are short to reach a handD
A sea of despair swallows him wholeC
-
At the crossroadsE
On the ground he lies defeatedF
Bombarded with missiles of confusionG
He sings the same verse in a universe of abandoned calvesH
-
In the patched earth he doesn't find his missing hopeI
Hope is just a luxuryJ
A luxury he can't affordK
-
In harsh solitude sits him calling death a blood and treating the grave as a welcoming abodeL
