Why do you love me?
You think I have potentials,
Believe I will make it, yes.
You trust my talent, abilities.
You think I will bring light
To illuminate your darkness
I’m your hope for a bright future
But what if I fail?
You think I am smart
Enough to navigate you
When the harsh wind blows
But what if I fail you?
What if I can’t write you
A poem with sweet lines,
Bring you gift for birthdays?
Think if I fail you.
Will you love me regardless?
If I fail or succeed;
Play you a guitar or piano,
Sing for you or fail to?
If you help me up and
Again I stumble and fall
Will you yet be a fool?
Think if I fail at the end.
